How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?
It depends on the size of your roofline, how many stories you have, and what else you'd like lit, so we price every home individually rather than off a chart. Send us your address and we'll put together a custom design and a real number, usually within 24 hours. That price covers the lights, installation, service all season, and takedown. If you'd like us to store your lights, that's quoted up front too, so there are no surprises in January.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. We supply commercial-grade C9 bulbs and wiring, cut and assembled to fit your home. You don't need to buy anything, and there's no equipment to store.
When should I book?
As early as you can. We only take on as many installs as our crews can do well, so install dates fill up as the season gets closer. Booking early gives you the most choice of dates, and we can install early and turn the lights on whenever you like.
Will installation damage my roof or gutters?
We work hard to prevent it. We use clip-on mounting only, with no nails, staples, or adhesive, and we set our ladders so nothing rests on your gutters. Your written service agreement spells out exactly how we handle it if anything ever goes wrong.
What happens if a bulb or strand goes out?
Call or text us. Service calls for anything we installed are included between installation and takedown, and we aim to be out within 24 hours, weather permitting.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes, takedown is included in every install. In early January we remove everything, including clips and stakes. If you choose our storage option, we label your custom-fit lights and store them until next season, so your garage stays clear.
How does payment work?
Your quote is free. When you're ready to book, a 50% deposit reserves your installation date. After the job is complete, we send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Do you light businesses and commercial properties?
Yes: storefronts, restaurants, offices, HOA entrances, and other commercial properties. We schedule installs around your business hours. Commercial calendars fill first, so reach out early.
