- To follow up about your quote or service, including reminders about installation and takedown.
- To keep the business records we're required to keep, such as quotes, agreements, and invoices.

If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that EverGlow may contact you about your quote and service by phone call, text message, or email at the contact details you gave us, including by automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us by phone or email. We'll only use your number to contact you about your request and your service unless you separately agree to something else.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our form-processing, email, text-messaging, and scheduling or invoicing tools, and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as needed to respond and follow up, and customer records as long as needed to provide service and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or storage system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging service for a property. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email or call us using the details below.
